Refund Policy for Clothing Apparel

We offer a 14-day return policy specifically for clothing items, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at tom@oliban-ni.com. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain types of clothing, such as:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Final sale items

Exchanges

To get the clothing item you want, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new one.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at tom@oliban-ni.com.
